Bridget intro :Coming up on today’s show My guest Bridget Jackson talks about her personal experience with Domestic violence and physical as well as the mental abuse that she suffered .This is a subject that is important for us as a society to also talk about recognise and help stop whenever it becomes apparent Bridget knows first hand the pain and suffering that is involved in surviving a narcissistic abusive relationship. She survived a 24-year abusive marriage and currently is writing a book about what she endured and the path to becoming a survivor. She has a passion for helping others see the red flags and bring to light what actions we can take and even be a warrior for those currently suffering through the same fate.
