Nicole is the founder of The Dawn Program for Behavioral Sciences, which until September of 2017 was the Applied Behavior Analysis arm of Learn and Lead Educational Center. This organization was created by Nicole and her husband in February 2010 after they received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder for their son in 2009.
