Mitch Gilbert is the CEO and Co-Founder of OYA - the first women's leggings product engineered for women's health and comfort. After graduating from the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Mitch became a consultant for Deloitte and then worked as the Chief Product Officer at a sportswear start up. She became obsessed with women’s health and sportswear apparel. Today, she is attending UCLA Anderson with a full scholarship to create and build her company, OYA.
