Episode Synopsis
You're Welcome Here! | Worship at St. Paul Lutheran ChurchHave you ever been asked, “You’re not from around here… are you?” It’s a question that can expose our differences, make us feel out of place, or even unwelcome. But in God’s kingdom, there are no outsiders. Through His grace, we are all called, gathered, and welcomed into His family. This Sunday, we reflect on Luke 5:1-11, where Jesus calls Simon Peter to follow Him. Simon, weary from a night of failed fishing, is told by Jesus to cast his nets once more. Though filled with doubt, he obeys—and what happens next changes his life forever. In the same way, sin can cause us to doubt God’s promises, turning us away from Him. But grace draws us near.Jesus’ words to Simon echo through time: “Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men.” (Luke 5:10b) Just as Simon was invited into Jesus’ mission, so are we. You are welcome here—not just as a guest, but as part of God’s family and His Church. And as those who have been welcomed, we are now sent—to share the love of Christ with the world.Join us this week at St. Paul Lutheran Church as we rejoice in the truth that we belong in God’s kingdom, and we have a mission to share His love.📅 Worship With Us:📍 Thursday – 6:30 PM (Informal Worship)📍 Sunday – 8:00 AM (Traditional) | 9:30 AM (Blended) | 11:00 AM (Contemporary)🌐 Plan Your Visit: https://stpaulfalls.com/💬 What does it mean to you to be welcomed into God’s family?
