Listen "5-23-22: Just say no...more"
Episode Synopsis
I would love to hear from you, just send me text and let me know what you think of the podcast. How many times have you said yes to too many people and then find out you’re the one suffering because you’ve overloaded yourself? And the consequence of you saying yes to too many people is those closest are the ones who suffer the loss. Also, when you say “yes” too much you can’t even get to all the people you over committed to. Then they’re not happy, those closest to you aren’t happy and you’re stressed out because you can’t fulfill your promises. Most people would rather hear you say “no” than have the ball dropped and you fail on a promise. So next time somebody is asking for your help, really stop and think if you can support them, or take on that project. It’s better to say “no” and feel better about it than to say “yes” and continue to be overwhelmed. Visit my website: saxinthemorning.com for merchandise and other links.
