When you get that chance you have to pull the trigger and be decisive, planning is for the times when you are waiting for an opportunity, so you can take action when it comes. You also have to continue to raise your own bar of expectancy. If you are complacent, if you are not looking to grow and achieve more, opportunities will not find you. You also need to be clear on your vision, culture and values so that you don’t chase things that don’t fit your own goals and values. Lastly, I give a reading from my favorite book.
