Today on RÚV English Radio, we go inside one of the capital's iconic sights.

Perlan (https://perlan.is/) sits high on Öskjuhlíð hill in the capital. The building, set around water tanks that served the city (some still do), houses an indoor ice cave, exhibitions on glaciers, water and other natural forces, a Northern Lights show, and a soon-to-be-unveiled immersive journey deep into an Icelandic volcano. There's also a stunning view from the observation deck and revolving platform.
