Listen "128. Optimism in the Face of Fear"
Episode Synopsis
In the middle of scary current events, is it possible to still feel optimistic? Does it help to smile and rise above what feels so real -- or to share our honest emotions? In this episode, I'll respond to one mom's concern that she's being told to put on a brave face and ignore how she's really feeling: vulnerable and scared.
