Listen "022. How Do I Take Care of Myself and Still Take Care of Others?"
Episode Synopsis
Today’s self-care check-in addresses an important conflict that a lot of moms feels: we want to take care of ourselves, but there are so many other people we need to take care of -- and it can add the weight of responsibility (and layers of guilt) to every move we make. The choice between ourselves vs others often means that our self-care time is cut out so that we can connect with our loved ones.
