Basirat Razaq-Shuaib is a disability & Inclusive Education Consultant and Founder of the Winford Centre for Children and Women. She is a board-certified cognitive specialist, an inclusive education consultant and a speaker driving the conversation on inclusive education in Africa. She also published two children’s books on empathy, kindness and inclusiveness. Her first book –“I am not naughty- I really really mean it!” was selected as a finalist for the 2020 British Council ELTons Innovation Award and won the Judges Special Commendation for Diversity and Inclusion111.
