In this week's episode we open up the topic of restoring & recovering your health, specifically mental health. We read into Philippians 4:6-7 and talk about how we can change our mindsets, especially when we begin to worry so much, and instead start turning those worries into prayers instead. Be a WARRIOR & not a WORRIER! We also look at the book of Psalms in chapter 12 and discuss how important it is to be honest with yourself and God, acknowledging how you are really feeling deep inside, and accepting that it's ok to feel your emotions.
