Episode Synopsis

Emily’s story is relatable for anyone one their fitness journey. The desire for quick fixes and fast results. The frustration of hearing conflicting advice. The comparison of seeing other people losing weight but the same program isn’t working for you.

Once Emily joined our program at Lead The Way Fitness, she got two things that are hard to find when you’re on your journey alone - community and accountability.

Her Coach almost immediately remembered her name (which shocked her) and used it every time he saw her. And he expected her to be at the gym again tomorrow which is an expectation she didn’t want to let down.

Secondly, she found a community of like-minded people. A group of folks who are working on the same problem (health and fat-loss) while supporting each other along the way. And they swap ideas on where to find comfortable shoes and sports bras. 😜

Today, Emily has lost 7.5 inches from her waist and has gotten stronger on her main lifts. She has transformed physically and mentally. She believes in herself more than ever and it all started by hiring a Coach to cut through the BS and to give her a proven process.
