I believe that counseling is a great way to achieve the life you want and to heal from past and current pain. It is an effective way to foster healthy communication and relationships with yourself and others.My approach is based on communication and gentle guidance, assisting clients in developing the necessary skills to achieve their personal and life goals. My clients gain an awareness about themselves, along with the confidence and knowledge needed in order to function as the person they wish to be. I work with clients to help them discover what they already have inside.Kate has extensive experience assisting and guiding individuals of all ages. She has worked for 15+ years as a counselor, supervisor, mentor, and director of Social Services.
