‘Self-Love’ is rising and has become a hot buzzword on social media platforms. What does it mean to you, me, and the future in 2023? We all know the importance of self-care and love in our overall wellness. However, most of us still forget to make time for ourselves, leading to burnout, stress, and anxiety. We believe 2023 takes us beyond spa appointments, vacations, and workout plans.
