Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!My first episode in the video game book club series is for Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom! This game is a nw entry in the storied Wonder Boy series, and it lives up to that rich history and more. I got this game for Christmas in 2018 and had played it a fair bit but never completed it. It always stuck with me though and all these years later I decided to make it my inaugural episode for this segment of the show. I started fresh with a new game and played right through to the end, and in a true book club fashion, it is time to discuss my thoughts!
