Welcome to the Pining For Pixels podcast! This is my video game variety show podcast, part of the Red Rooster's Gaming Coop network where I talk gaming and gaming culture every week. Each episode will feature a subject or theme that interests me, and I will speak about what is on my mind in the world of video games!Backlog RNG is a new segment where I randomly pull games from my extensive backlog of games with the aid of an online RNG. For this first episode I pulled 2 titles that are not at all alike - Final Fight 2 that was a title only available for the SNES, and Night in the Woods that is available on just about every modern platform. One is an arcade beat em up, the other a narrative adventure with a bit of walking simulator elements. In this new segment I am aiming to experience some of these games that have been on my backlog forever and determining if I still would like to complete them or if I can safely remove any.
