This week on Real Talk Real Solution’s we’re focusing on Creativity one of the 4C’s and Colorism with special guest Dr Karen Moore.

Dr Moore is a classically trained pianist, she used her gift to play for choirs and churches in the Philadelphia area. During her early adult years, Karen developed a love for poetry and musical theater. This ultimately led to combining her music, poetry and song writing into theatrical productions performing on stages in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and Atlanta.
In May of 2019 the I AM THE COLOUR
OF BEAUTIFUL™ global spoken word initiative and movement was established. It is a global
action focusing on deliverance from the stigma of colorism in communities of color across the globe. Karen, through this initiative, is on a mission to liberate darker skinned women from the colorism psyche by enabling them to write and perform their experiences through the spoken word. The spoken word workshops focus on delivering women from the stigma of colorism.
The objective is to bring healing to the hurt and pain of rejection, separation and exclusion. Using music, panel discussions and Collaborate on Colorism Talkback Sessions women are experiencing healing and breakthrough
