Sue specialises in gender equality in the workplace, and public sector human resources and industrial relations. She talks about her career transitions and how she had to overcome a series of obstacles to build several careers. She is devoted to making a difference through her research and is a passionate activist for equality in the workplace. Her recent research includes examining what the future of work might look like post-pandemic; and how middle managers can progress gender equality. Sue has partnered with various state government and Australian Government agencies on projects aimed at progressing workplace gender equality.
