In Part Two of Power Encounters, we explore Being Filled with the Holy Ghost. Being filled with (or the baptism in) the Holy Ghost is a gift subsequent to salvation that is available to every believer. It is empowerment for service. Before we seek to engage in Power Encounters, such as casting out devils, speaking with new tongues, or laying hands on the sick and seeing them recover, we should seek to be filled with the Holy Ghost.
