"It's Monkeys outside!" - How to British by Julia Howard
In this episode, Amanda and Julia share some British slang and famous sayings that have very interesting meanings and origins. Jose was our guest yet again and this time he was crawling in and out of Adam's shirt (we'll post a photo on Instagram for you). We have not one, but TWO Office references for you today, Josh confuses Gulliver's Travels with Gilligan's Island, Amanda still has ladybugs flying and dying all over her room, and Adam wants to know what the Queen of England does to her prisoners for the prison system to be referred to as Her Majesty's Pleasure. You can really tell it was getting late when we recorded this because we got a little goofy toward the end. We feel it important to issue a minor trigger warning toward the end for sensitive listeners.
Finally, our new schedule will be uploads every other week instead of every week. Josh is also moving to Florida to work as a chef so we will be doing our podcasts apart starting the first week of April. Thanks for listening guys!
