At Foundation For The Carolinas, she led growth in assets from $180M to over $3B in assets and $850M in deferred gifts in her tenure there. Together with her team, she has created proprietary, tax-efficient products for business owners to make gifts of equity or other interests in their privately owned businesses. Holly developed ESG and impact investing pools for clients of the Foundation and oversaw the Foundation's investment team and portfolio operations for the institution.
