The show opens with the guys talking about ISU media day before moving on to some interesting news out of Fort Dodge and what is going on with their new "wrestling room". Next, Lars recaps Iowa performances at Super 32 and Preseason nationals and how that impacted the new Fab 50 rankings. Lars breaks down the Fab 50 which dropped on the site 11/1. The shows wraps with some college talk centered around the wrestle offs going down in Iowa City this weekend.
