Send us a textDear friends The readings this 15th Sunday in Ordinary time, talk to us about the word of God. This Sunday we celebrate Christ, The Word of God who sows the seed of God’s word in our hearts. The first reading emphasizes the principle of the word of God. The word that goes from the mouth of God does not return empty, without carrying his will and succeeding in what it was sent to do. The second reading reveal the inward groan within us that prevents God’s word from bearing fruit within us.In light of Isaiah’s prophecy in the 1st reading and Christ’s parable of the Sower, the Church enjoins us to evaluate our relationship with the Word of God. So, we must ask ourselves today, what has the word of God achieved or changed in my life? Support the show
