Howard Webb, who refereed the finals of the 2010 World Cup and UEFA Champions League, joins Grant to talk about his new job running the Video Assistant Referee program that's set to debut this summer in MLS. Webb explains in detail how VAR will work, what kinds of calls it will and won't review, and why it's one of the biggest changes in soccer that we have seen in our lifetimes. Webb also describes his own journey in refereeing from his humble start to the pinnacle of the sport.
