We live in a culture that does not value commitment, and is quick to justify almost any action with nothing more than the grounds of personal happiness.
We know the Bible states that God hates divorce. But there is ambiguity in the passages that describe under what conditions a divorce is permissible. Is it permitted at all? Is remarriage permitted? What about divorce in the case of ministry leaders?
