This episode was originally broadcast April 14, 2017 Easter is upon us once again and we wanted to find a theme that would recognize that without going over territory we’ve already visited. We think we managed it! Of course, what’s Easter without talk of chocolate (sorry – couldn’t help it – we went there) but in our usual way we went somewhere a bit unusual. All because Stephen came in buzzing about just having learned the meaning of the word “Shalom”… About our Pre-Sessions: Every week, for 15 minutes or so before we began our group meditation broadcast, we opened the mics so that our members tuning in for the session could listen in while we talked about what was going on for us personally and spiritually, and what trends we were noticing. It was a fun way to get everyone settled and prepared for the journey to come, as well as a way to connect with us energetically.
