Despite the Enron Scandal back in 2001, defrauding 40 Billion USD and scandals such Parmalat, Medoff’s Ponzi scheme and misconduct by a number of banks during the Financial Crisis of 2008, something is just plainly wrong in how the ‘check & balances’ System is structured in our Financial Industry.  

Christian believes we need a comprehensive reassessment of the system, engaging watchdogs on the EU level, as well as independent Supervision of supervisors and audit companies. There is too much conflict of interest and too much at stake, such as investor trust and a systemic failure of our global financial system.
