Episode Synopsis

Just after 7pm Mounds View officers responded to an apparent car jacking at a strip mall at County 10 and County I.  The suspects had apparently gone into a nearby liquor store.  One person came out the front door and was detained while another was found behind the store.  Shots were fired and the suspect sustained gunshot wounds.
