Have you ever had a misunderstanding with a teammate and get angry from something that they did, but when you asked them to explain why they did what they did they had a very moral and valid reason? All of a sudden you weren't so mad. That is being able to see something in a different frame. The journey to greatness is rarely achieved in days, months or even single-digit years. Patience is key here. There are times that we're going to want to give up, but how we look at certain situations will dictate our mood, our emotions and our perspective of if journey is even worth it.
