A woman won her case after 10 years of fighting a pair of fines for not holding on to an escalator hand rail. We also talk terrorism sentences in Canada and ride hailing delays. I also speak with Michael LeBlanc with the Retail Council of Canada to discuss Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day and the impact those dates have on Canadian retailers.
