No is one of the most uncomfortable words for a lot of people. We're fine hearing it but can't say it. Well if you're a "yes" person, that yes starts to lose it's value the more you say it without any no's in between. If you are someone that can't say no and pride yourself on being there for everyone (while exerting yourself beyond capacity) then this episode is for you! Or if you know someone that needs to start saying no, then pass this on boo.
