Experience matters not just in the fire service, but in life. Many people live a routine life that is quite simple and then there's Carl Haddon. Carl's lifelong experiences with the emergency services has taken him to all corners of the world, worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood and has endless stories to share for each chapter of his life. His experiences are vast and it has shaped him into the gentleman he truly is. Carl loves life and the people in it. A genuine soul who would give you his shirt off his back if you needed it. All of this comes from countless experiences that truly allowed him to love life. A colorful career, Carl ran the EMS side of the 1984 Olympics in California, he was a Safety Director for NASCAR, provided EMS care on numerous movie sets, television and toured with countless Rockstars and bands. All of this action is enough for many people but this all happened to Carl. Stepping back from all this excitement, Carl still teaches around the world, lectures at conferences including FDIC, consults for manufacturers in the fire sector, writes articles and columns for trade journals and just enjoys life at home on the ranch with his best friend and partner, "Blondie". A lifetime of experiences yet Carl is as humble as they come. Honored to call him a friend and Brother.
