Artificial intelligence is an arms race, make no mistake. Which country is the leader in AI? Should we be worried about AI being used in unethical ways? We've personally visited numerous AI startups in Russia, China, Europe, and of course the U.S., giving us the inside scoop on who's leading the AI arms race.

The United States, India, and China seem to be leading now. China has been using AI for the past decade to learn more about how to understand the world around them, from hearing to speaking. Enter voice and facial recognition companies. As far as who's going to win, we can't say. But we do know it won't end well.
