VC Pitt, author, led a traditional life and had been married over 20 years when her spiritual awakening led to her discovery of being a Twin Flame.   Twin Flames is a spiritual connection between two souls who mirror core wounds.  It is different than a soul mate connection as it challenges the soul.  Loss and death led to numbing out and spiritual lessons.   Depression, anxiety, and sadness led to a Dark Night of the Soul, and she turned fully to spirituality to heal herself.
