My Village Yoga was founded on the idea that the benefits of yoga should be shared with everyone throughout the Cleveland community, regardless of age, body type, race, religion, or fitness level.
A 2014 certified  yoga instructor and yoga therapist since February 2020, My Village Yoga’s Founder, Kimberly Archibald Russell, began practicing prenatal yoga in 2000. As principal yoga instructor, Kimberly specializes in adapting yoga poses and sequences to provide an enjoyable and beneficial experience for men, women and children of any body type, age or flexibility level.
We talk to today about her journey with yoga, and she enlightens us on the practice of Kemetic yoga.
