Listen "05 | Going from Navy Special Ops to Real Estate Investor with Jason Goyanko"
Episode Synopsis
Jason Goyanko separated from the Navy in 2019 after 11 years of service working in the Special Operations Community. Post-military, it has been his passion and his “why” to forge connections with others through camaraderie and service so they can lead fulfilled lives. He started the Legacy Group based on the idea of creating a foundation of like-minded standouts who eschew the idea of living in scarcity. The legacy group encourages members to build and create new streams of income with a heavy emphasis on real estate investments. The name “Legacy” comes from the book, Legacy, based on the New Zealand All Blacks Rugby team and their 15 mantras of success. He also owns a multifamily property within the North Park submarket of San Diego. In his free time, Jason is an avid surfer, snowboarder, climber, and outdoorsman.
