Retail sales volumes are down and shops have lots of stock they need to sell.  It is not surprising that they are launching their year-end sales even earlier this year.   And they are using all sorts of tricks to get us into their stores and onto their websites. But we have to remember a bargain is only a bargain if it something that we need and it is on sale at a lower price.We have to remember that prices may not be cheaper on Black Friday than on other days.  We need to do research on who charged what, when for the item and how reliable it is in the product reviews.   You  will probably find that if something is very cheap there is likely to be a reason.  Apart from anything else no one wanted to buy it at its full price.
