At the heart of Midland's campus sits the Cross at The Center fountain.This gathering spot is a favorite for graduation pictures (and a few prom pics, too). In addition, first-year students begin their careers and graduating seniors end their careers here.Two colors you'll see lots of at Midland are the orange and the green.This view is outside of one of the student housing buildings.The Campus Green is part of the Nebraska State Arboretum System. Aside from being beautiful to see, the Green also provides a sense of serenity and calm for students and faculty.Nice days can mean class outdoors. This outdoor classroom sits near the Kimmel Theater, the Swanson Science Building and the Anderson Complex.In the Fall, the turning leaves add color and variety to the campus.This is a view from the Olson Student Center, looking back toward the Cross at the Center and the Anderson Complex.History and heritage are very important to Midland.
