Technically, she’s my big brother’s partner and the mother of my first ever nephew. She is also an educator and teacher, healer, herbalist, botanist, has spent over a decade exploring the world of energetic medicine. She's formally trained in ethnobotany and holds a master's degree in philosophy and religion, with a focus on women's spirituality. She is the person I go to when something feels off with my health. She is the person I lean on when I need guidance with my cycle. She is also the person I know who will listen without judgement and always gives the best advice anytime I’m in a hard place.
