Kristy’s journey has included various roles in strategy and operations at global education companies, leading teams in designing and executing cross-functional organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Currently, Kristy serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) at GoDaddy. Here, Kristy develops and executes the global DEIB vision and strategy, and integrating these priorities into day-to-day business processes.
