Tonight we will be talking with Kara Witkowski, mother of James Ryker Biel who was just 2 years old when he died on Oct. 31.As a result of family services and courts, including a court appointed guardian, and mountains of evidence documenting the danger Kara and her children were in as a result of domestic abuse, full custody was granted to her soon to be ex husband, and a guardian was assigned to little James.   This story is so complicated and so detailed that it is difficult to condense it here.  We will be covering this case extensively over the next several weeks.  Also, A documentary is planned to tell the story of little James brief life and his sudden death.  Please join us as we begin this journey with Kara. And remember, guardianship can be a death sentence not only for the elderly, but for children too.
