Dr. Rosalind Cohen (a.k.a. A rising thinker in the worlds of belonging and inclusion, Dr. Roz earned her PhD from the Leadership and Change program at Antioch University, completing her dissertation on the impact of inclusive leadership on employee engagement and organizational success. Founder of Socius Strategies, a private inclusion and belonging advisory practice, Dr. Roz spent 20+ years in HR at the C-level before making the leap to entrepreneurship. Today, she gives talks across the U.S., is an Advisor to NASA, and is the author of a forthcoming book that answers the question, “Is there a connection between inclusive leadership, employee engagement, and organizational success?” (Spoiler alert: there is!)
