FOCUS: Finding silence in the noise
ENGAGEMENT: Projection of high anxiety, lack of communication, blatant control and high intense energy are signs of disarray and inner chaos. How can we pinpoint these characteristics within us? Once pinned how hard is it to make the shifts? What steps can we take?

A master can find ways to flow with no obstructions but first, my assumption, needs to embrace what others call obstacles. I deeply believe this, in full conscious practice to one day master. I see our elders, kupuna, smoothly navigating this as time moves with them.

What I have found was that its not moving pass obstacles it’s also understanding priority and most times that priority is living!!!!
