Celebrate with me! I've kept my weight at maintenance after losing 25lbs and the way I want to celebrate is by sharing all the wisdom I've gained over the last year with you!

I've lost 25lbs a few times, but I have never kept it off for this long and with this much certainty.

I had always started gaining weight back after just a couple of months. Inevitably a holiday or a vacation would come, or life would hit me with a lot of stressful events, and I'd go back to food to deal with it all.

Except in the last year, I've steadily maintained my weight loss and now I'm sharing with you all how I did it right here on the podcast!

I asked you what questions you have and in today's episode, I'm answering your questions and giving you all the juiciness that comes with living life and maintaining my weight!
