What can we do?
-Remember that women (and all people) face biases due to their gender, race, sexuality, disability, and other aspects of their identity.
-Intersectionality can be at play in any situation.
-We all have biases. Our work is to acknowledge and confront them in our own minds.
-Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough— let’s all work to take action.
