To preserve an ideology rooted in make believe, this institution not only failed to protect this young lady, they also enabled this disturbed young man to victimize yet another student. It is painfully clear to me that this ideology is a cancer infecting this great country. All it brings is tragedy, death, and violence. All one need do is look at the resulting circumstances directly and indirectly caused by these policies. You can speak freely as long as you say what you are allowed to say. You can live free as long as you do as you're told. You can defend yourself, but you can't use the most effective tools available. You can raise your children, but your child doesn't require your consent. You can love your neighbor, but are required to turn them in if they dissent. And there's no way that boy raped your daughter in the girls bathroom because he identifies as a girl.
