His specialization includes loans for purchasing or refinancing commercial, investment, multi-family, office/medical, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and condo association properties, in addition to construction financing and lines of credit, as well as equipment, real estate, and buy-out loans for businesses.Joe has enjoyed serving on numerous boards for community organizations, including the La Grange Business Association, the Rotary Club of La Grange, the Pav YMCA of Berwyn, and the Berwyn Development Corporation.
