Welcome to Life with Liza! In this episode, I, Liza Jane Wolf, dive deep into the power of pause and the benefits of embracing stillness in our fast-paced world.   I begin by sharing my own experience of recognizing the lack of pause in my life, making time to daydream and explori the power of pausing (once again).   Having grown up in a family with mental health issues, including bipolar disorder, ADHD, and alcoholism, I spent most of my life focused on avoiding depression rather than finding true happiness and joy. Through my journey, I've realized that being present with myself and navigating my emotions, has allowed for my own healing.   Lastly, I talk about my journey in embracing my body and femininity, overcoming negative associations, and allowing myself to daydream and create joy in the present moment.   My top three takeaways from this episode are: 1. Embrace the power of pause to shift energy in both your external and internal world. 2. Schedule regular pauses, even if meditation or relaxation is challenging for you. Take time for yourself and be comfortable in your own quiet space. 3.
