For episode 3 we are delighted to welcome a very special guest to "Let's Recover Together, Wynford. Without Wynford, there would be no Living Room Cardiff, and without The Living Room, there would be no Recovery Now Radio. In the first of two episodes this week, we hear about Wynford's childhood in Llanllyfni, in rural Wales, the son of the local minister. As a child he experimented with prescription drugs, stealing them from his mother and his father's church members. As he grew older and moved from home to college in Cardiff, Wynford found alcohol, and the rest will be a familiar story to many of us. This episode takes us up to Wynford's recovery and the first few years beyond.
