In episode 15, we are delighted to welcome to Recovery Now Radio Colin, a long-time friend of The Living Room. Colin talks about drinking from the age of 7, and of how he struggled at school fitting in. By his teens, when his friends were experimenting with chemistry kits, Colin was making his own wine and experimenting with the specific gravity of it to achieve maximum alcohol content. Alcohol took him to the brink of losing everything, including his career and family . However, throwing everything into recovery, his life has turned around . He engaged in 12 step programmes, retreats, and seminars and they all became a massive part of his life, and his ongoing recovery .
